Jessica Stembridge

Director of Team Success

I have a passion for helping people reach their full potential, and a flair for adding structure and creativity to business operations. With over 15 years of business management experience, including owning and operating a meal delivery service, I bring new flavor to the JBW team. As Director of Team Success, it’s my mission to ensure we have a healthy and happy team, working efficiently towards the same goal – to serve our families well.

Originally from central Florida, I’ve called the Atlanta suburbs my home for almost 20 years. I’m married with three school-aged children and two rescue pups, so my homelife is quite the bustle of activity! Food is my love language and preparing a meal for others brings me joy. In my spare time, you’ll find me cooking with my children, rooting for the Gators, listening to books, shooting with my Nikon, trying not to kill my plants, or planning an over-the-top party.

Jesus, Oprah Winfrey, Sara Blakely, and Jamie Oliver

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Growing up on the Space Coast of Florida, my first job was at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. My grandfather was a lead engineer on the Apollo program and got to “press the button” sending one of the Apollo rockets into space. He was dubbed the “man with the golden thumb” for his efforts!

Hobbies on your Bucket List
Being a master gardener, learning how to use my sewing machine, making my own bread, and learning how to play chess!

The most important thing you learned before high school was…
That your attitude is everything. Someone shared this quote from Charles Swindoll, and it became my life’s mantra.

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.  Attitude, to me, is more important than facts.  It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do.  It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.  It will make or break a company... a church... a home.  The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day.  We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.  The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes”
